Meet the Instructor

Before you choose a training or consulting provider, ask yourself one important question: Has your instructor ever been in your position?
Greg Henderson brings real-world experience to the table. As a former Federal Aviation Administration Drug and Alcohol Compliance Enforcement Inspector, he learned the industry by enforcing regulations for the United States government, not just by reading about them. He reviewed programs, found violations, issued findings, and took enforcement actions against FAA-certified operators. He knows what a compliant program looks like because he spent years identifying those that were not. No competitor in the compliance training market can match this level of experience. This background is at the core of everything FDTS teaches.

Why It Matters
There are plenty of trainers in the FAA drug-and-alcohol compliance field. What’s missing are trainers who have actually been in the inspector’s shoes, people who know not just the rules, but how they’re enforced, where programs can fail, and how to build a program that works when the FAA comes to review it.
FDTS was created to meet that need. Every course, consulting session, and training material we offer comes from someone who has worked as both an enforcer and an educator. That’s what sets us apart.
